Job Title: Face-to-Face Fundraiser

Overview:
Engage directly with members of the public to raise awareness about our cause and secure regular donations. This is a frontline role requiring energy, resilience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach people in public spaces, events, or door-to-door to discuss the organization’s mission.

• Clearly explain the cause and inspire potential donors to contribute.

• Secure sign-ups for regular giving or one-off donations.

• Maintain accurate donor records and meet fundraising targets.

• Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Confidence in speaking with strangers and overcoming objections.

• Self-motivation and target-driven mindset.

• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.

• Previous fundraising or sales experience is an advantage but not required.

Work Environment:
Public spaces, events, door-to-door, or retail settings. Often involves working in varying weather conditions.
