We are looking for a FIELD EXECUTIVE (BA/B COM/MA/M.COM) to join our team at Shubham Biz Facility Management Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Joining process as well as Documentation.
Coordinate with customer and our employees.
Collect more employee data .Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies
Generate PF,ESIC No, UAN Activation, Bank KYC ETC.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of Recruitment tools.
