Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify commercial office spaces across Noida through on-ground visits.
Meet property owners, landlords and brokers.
Collect and verify property details, pricing, availability and terms.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners.
Negotiate initial commercial terms.
Add and update properties in the CRM/inventory database.
Track local market rents, vacancies and upcoming properties.
Coordinate with the senior team for final closures.

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with extensive field work
Self-driven and target-oriented
Basic Excel/CRM knowledge
