Job Description

Position Details:

Designation: Site Surveyor
Location: Garhwal Division (Uttarakhand – Multiple Project Sites)
Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day
Working Days: 26/30 Days per Month (Contractual Role)

Training & Evaluation Process:
Your initial days with us will focus on understanding field operations and project requirements:
- The first 15 days will be a structured training and evaluation phase, where you will be guided on your roles, responsibilities, and on-site work processes.
- During this period, we will continuously assess your performance and adaptability.
- If you quickly grasp the work and meet expectations, you may connect with your Team Lead (TL) for an early evaluation, and based on your performance, your training period may be shortened.
- Upon successful completion of training, you will transition into the active working phase.
- In case the required standards are not met initially, one additional opportunity for re-evaluation will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 per month
Perks: Lodging, Conveyance & Food (as per site requirements)
Other applicable deductions/benefits will be as per company policy
