💼 Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and energetic Field Sales Executives (Lead Generation Promoters) to engage with parents and generate qualified leads.

Promoters will be deployed at key locations such as schools, residential societies, malls, and events during peak interaction hours (e.g., school entry/exit, PTMs, campaigns).

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Interact with parents and explain offerings clearly

Generate and capture genuine leads (Name, Address, Contact Number, Number of Children, etc.)

Maintain accurate and quality data collection

Represent the brand professionally in the field

🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate

🧰 Work Type: Field Work (On-ground lead generation)

📅 Joining: Immediate

🕑 Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (9 hours)

🧑‍⚕️ Age Criteria: 18 to 32 years
