Job Description

Swaseva Pvt.Ltd. is looking for experienced and responsible Field Sales Executives / Customer Relationship Officers (CRO) for field-based sales, customer relationship management, and business compliance services.

The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting customers/business owners, generating leads, explaining company services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct regular field visits and meet potential customers/business owners.

2. The job involves approximately 40–50 km of daily field travel, depending on the assigned territory and business requirements.

3. Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

4. Handle customer queries and maintain professional customer relationships.

5. Promote and explain company services related to business registrations and legal compliances.

Work on services such as:

1. GST Registration

2. MSME Registration

3. Shop & Establishment Act / Shop Act

4. Food Licensing / FSSAI

5. Other business registration and compliance-related services

6. Maintain proper customer follow-up.

7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

8. Maintain proper records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

9. Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and service completion.

10. Manage assigned customers and territory properly.

11. Coordinate with team members and support team management whenever required.

12. Submit regular work and sales reports to the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

1. Minimum 28 years of age.

2. coordinate with team members.• Minimum 8–10 months of work experience.

3. Candidates with 1–3 years of experience can also apply.

4. Experience in Sales, Field Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Relationship, or any relevant field is preferred.

5. communication and customer-handling skills.

6. Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and digital applications.

7. Must be comfortable with 100% field work and daily travel of approximately 40–50 km.

8. Candidate should be target-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and professional.

9. Ability to manage customers

Training Program

After selection, the candidate will receive a 5-day training program before/at the start of field responsibilities:

3 Days – Online Training

• Company introduction and profile

• Product/service knowledge

• Sales process and customer handling

• Legal compliance services

• Basic reporting and work process

2 Days – Offline Field Training

• Practical field training will be provided by company-appointed field trainers/executive trainers.

• Trainers will visit the candidate’s assigned field area.

• The candidate will receive practical guidance on customer interaction, lead generation, sales pitching, field visits, and the complete field-work process.

Salary & Incentives

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Salary will depend on experience, skills, and performance.
