Company: Rapido (Third-Party Payroll)
Location: Delhi NCR

Role & Responsibilities

Onboard new E-Rickshaw captains in assigned areas.
Assist captains with app download, registration, and KYC.
Explain Rapido benefits, incentives, and referral programs.
Ensure captains complete their first ride.
Verify documents and maintain quality onboarding.
Submit daily reports and attendance through the Unolo App.
Conduct field visits and captain engagement activities.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
Good communication skills
Basic smartphone knowledge
Field sales/onboarding experience preferred
Willing to travel locally
