Field Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and street-smart Field Executive to scout, identify, and onboard properties within the assigned territory. The role involves extensive fieldwork, property visits, and coordination with property owners to collect accurate property information for listing on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scout and identify commercial / residential properties in the assigned territory

• Conduct on-ground surveys to collect property details (location, size, pricing, availability, photos, etc.)

• Meet and coordinate with property owners, brokers, and local contacts

• Verify property details and ensure data accuracy before submission

• Upload property details, photos, and updates using the company’s mobile application

• Maintain daily activity reports and territory coverage updates

• Support the sales and operations team with on-ground intelligence and market inputs

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

• Must have a smartphone (Android or iOS) with internet access

• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of real estate is an added advantage

• Familiarity with local areas and routes within the assigned territory
