Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit manufacturing units and meet business owners to explain certification services (such as BIS, ISO, MSME, ZED, FSSAI, etc.).

• Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Understand clients’ products and suggest suitable certification or registration processes.

• Coordinate with the internal documentation and operations team for smooth project handling.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain daily visit reports and update the CRM system regularly.

• Stay updated with government norms, certification schemes, and new industry regulations.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, or any technical background).

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales or business development (certification industry experience preferred).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
