Role Overview

Field Sales Executive ka kaam Paytm ke products & services (Paytm QR, Soundbox, EDC Machines, POS, Paytm for Business app, etc.) ko market me promote aur sell karna hota hai. Is role me aapko direct merchants, shopkeepers, aur small businesses ke saath milkar unko Paytm ka payment solution use karne ke liye onboard karna hota hai.

Key Responsibilities

• Apne assigned area me daily field visits karke naye merchants ko onboard karna.

• Paytm QR code, Soundbox, POS machines ka installation aur activation karna.

• Merchants ko Paytm ke features, charges, aur benefits samjhana.

• Existing merchants ke saath relationship maintain karna aur unki problems solve karna.

• Daily/weekly sales targets achieve karna.

• Field me competitors ka data collect karna aur reporting karna.

• Daily reports Sales Manager ko dena (via app / email).
