Key Responsibilities:
· Travel door-to-door within assigned localities to promote, explain, and enrol customers into the Shonay Shohaga savings schemes.
· Achieve daily and monthly targets for new subscriptions and renewals.
· Build meaningful and long-term customer relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction with the scheme.
· Act as the customer’s direct point of contact for queries, updates, and support.
· Return to the store at the end of each workday to report performance, submit data, and coordinate with the store team.
· Maintain organised customer records and share market insights with management.
Candidate Requirements:
· Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
· Must know how to ride a two-wheeler confidently (own vehicle not required).
· Presentable, confident, and courteous in approach—must enjoy customer-facing roles.
· Strong verbal communication in Bengali and Hindi; basic English is a plus.
· Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and responsibly.
· Willingness to travel extensively within local neighbourhoods and communities.
