Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out and contact potential customers through calling, referrals, door-to-door visits, and networking.
Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with clients to understand their insurance needs.
Present and explain various insurance products (e.g., investment plans, Child , Retirement, etc) in a clear and relatable manner.
Customize insurance programs to suit individual client needs and budgets.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients to answer questions and complete sales.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Provide excellent post-sale service and support to ensure client satisfaction and policy renewals.
Collaborate with team members and report regularly to the Sales Manager.
