Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and sell Policy bazaar insurance products. The role involves meeting customers, understanding their needs, and helping them choose suitable insurance policies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Meet potential customers in assigned areas and explain insurance products
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Kannada and English mandatory (spoken)
Good communication and convincing skills
Willingness to work in field sales
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
