Field Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team. Leads will be provided by the company. Your primary responsibility will be to contact these leads, schedule appointments, visit customers, and convert them into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers from the leads provided by the company.

• Explain product/service details and book appointments.

• Visit customers at their location as per the scheduled appointments.

• Present the product/service effectively and convert the lead into a sale.

• Maintain daily visit and sales records.

• Provide timely updates to the sales manager.

Compensation:

• ₹250 per customer visit (regardless of conversion).

• Additional incentives/commissions based on sales performance (optional—add or remove as needed).

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings.

• Smartphone and basic understanding of using calling apps, maps, etc.

• Prior field sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
