
Position: Service Executive / Service Officer

Customer complaints को सुनना और तुरंत सही समाधान देना।
Backend/Technical team से coordinate करके issues resolve करना।
Inactive या dissatisfied customers को दुबारा Paytm से जोड़ना।
उनकी problems solve करके trust वापस जीतना।
Paytm products/services promote करना ताकि customer active रहे।
Loan apply करने वाले customers जिनका loan disburse नहीं हुआ है, उनके cases handle करना।
Missing documents, KYC issues या incomplete process complete कराना और loan team से coordinate करना।
Loan से जुड़ी queries (Application, EMI, Repayment, Eligibility) solve करना।
Customers को loan process में step-by-step support देना।
Loan disbursement बढ़ाने पर extra incentive earn करना।
Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate
Age: 18 – 35 years
Fresher & Experienced both can apply
Good communication & customer handling skills
Basic knowledge of smartphone and apps
💰 Salary (In-hand): ₹21,000 – ₹22,000 per month
