Field Executive

Job Description – Field Sales Executive (FSE / Sr. FSE / Group Leader)

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local markets, shops, and merchants daily to generate new business.

• Onboard new merchants for Paytm QR Code and digital payment services.

• Promote and sell Paytm Soundbox and EDC/POS machines.

• Generate leads and promote Paytm loan and lending services.

• Visit existing merchants to maintain relationships and increase business.

• Explain Paytm products and services to merchants and help them with onboarding.

• Provide after-sales services and resolve basic merchant issues.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain merchant records and regularly follow up with merchant.

• Submit daily sales reports and market updates to the Team Leader.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Sales or field sales experience is an added advantage.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital payment services.

• Willingness to work in the field and visit local markets.

• Ability to meet sales targets and follow up with merchants.

• Must be self-motivated and have a positive attitude.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

• Candidates with experience in fintech, banking, telecom, or merchant sales will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• In-hand Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹50,000, depending on experience, role, and performance.
