Field Executive

Here's the actual role for Paytm Field Sales Executive (FSE) - this is for Hyderabad / Pan-India:

Role: Field Sales Executive - QR, Soundbox, EDC

Company: Paytm Services Private Limited

Type: Full-time, On-field, 6 days working (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

What you sell:

- Paytm QR Codes

- Paytm Soundbox

- Paytm EDC / Card Swipe Machines / POS

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit 15-20 shops/merchants daily in your assigned area - markets, kirana, vendors, fuel stations

- Pitch Paytm products, explain benefits and commission

- Onboard merchants - do KYC, documentation, installation & activation

- Train merchants on how to use device/app and accept payments

- Ensure device is active and regularly used

- Provide after-sales support, resolve issues

- Achieve daily/monthly targets and submit sales reports to Area Sales Manager

Eligibility:

- Education: 10+2 / 12th pass minimum, Graduation preferred - Freshers can apply

- 0-2 years field sales experience preferred

- Must have: Smartphone, Aadhar, PAN, Bank account

- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred

- Good communication, self-motivated, target-driven 5836

Salary & Earnings:

- On-role CTC: Rs. 18,490 - Rs. 22,582 / Rs. 15k-26k depending on city

- Incentive: Rs. 100 per QR, up to 80% commission on Soundbox/EDC sale value

- Extra: PF, ESIC, Health Insurance, Cell phone + Petrol/Travel Allowance
