JD and expectations from a CDE:
- On boarding new channel partners
- Regularly meeting with the existing channel partners
- Building rapport and maintaining great relations with existing partners.
- Achieving lead generation and listings targets for the assigned areas.
- Achieving the partner on-boarding targets for the assigned areas
- Any need based tasks assigned that are required for the project
- Office visit and field both are mandatory.
Expectation After Joining :-
1. One should onboard 2 partner daily after a week training on the field which will help them to generate leads in future. No such lead generation targets initially.
Partner On-boarding Criteria - On minimum 1 genuine leads
2. After 2 week expecting 5 to 8 genuine leads.
3. After a month should generate min 10 genuine leads.
4. Within 2 months should able to generate 15 genuine leads.
