Job Overview

Padcare Labs is hiring Female Hygiene Field Executives for its Bengaluru facility. This is a factory/plant-based operational role where employees work with machines to safely process hygiene waste. The role focuses on safety, hygiene, and smooth daily operations. This is not a cleaning or hospital job.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Safely process hygiene waste using machines and equipment

• Load hygiene waste from the segregation area into machines (no direct hand contact)

• Assist in basic machine operations as per supervisor instructions

• Follow all safety procedures and standard operating guidelines

• Use safety gear such as gloves, masks, and protective equipment provided by the company

• Move processed material to packing or storage areas

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area

• Report any machine issues or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor

• Support daily production and operational activities

Job Requirements

• Only female candidates can apply

• Willingness to work in a factory/plant environment

• Comfortable with physical and operational work

• Ability to follow safety rules and instructions

• No prior experience required (training will be provided)

Salary & Benefits

• ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 in-hand salary
