💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based

🏢 Payroll: Quess Corp Ltd

🎯 Experience: 2–5 Years

🎂 Age: Below 35 Years

💰 Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹32,000/month

📈 CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA

🚗 Travel Allowance: ₹5/km, separate from CTC

📱 Mobile Allowance: ₹450/month

🔎 Who Can Apply?

✅ 2–5 years of experience in Site Acquisition / Site Sourcing / Land Acquisition / Retail Expansion / Dealer Expansion

✅ Telecom industry experience preferred

✅ Candidates from other industries with relevant experience can also apply

✅ Bengali reading, writing & speaking is mandatory

✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✅ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area

✅ Own two-wheeler & valid driving licence preferred

✅ Local candidates preferred

✅ Immediate joiners / candidates with maximum 15 days' notice preferred

💼 Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Identify suitable land/sites in assigned areas

•⁠ ⁠Connect with property & land owners

•⁠ ⁠Check site suitability as per project requirements

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate site documentation

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the central team for validation

•⁠ ⁠Manage the site as POC after approval until the first rental/payment

🎯 Monthly Target: Minimum 4–5 site/land approvals, based on assigned location.
