Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities by meeting potential clients, promoting products or services, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets through direct market visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit prospective and existing customers in assigned territories.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Present and explain company products/services to clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Prepare daily visit reports and maintain CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, retail, hospitality, or related industries).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
