Field Executive – Solar
Location: Kanpur
Job Type: Full-time

We are hiring Field Executives to promote residential solar solutions under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.
Job Responsibilities
Visit homes, residential areas, societies and local markets in the assigned area.
Conduct door-to-door marketing and generate genuine customer leads.
Explain solar panels, installation process and PM Surya Ghar scheme benefits to customers.
Interact with homeowners and understand their requirements.
Collect customer details and maintain lead records.
Participate in local promotional activities and awareness camps.
Follow up with interested customers and coordinate with the sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
Submit regular reports on field activities and leads.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Experience in field sales, marketing, telecom, FMCG, banking, insurance, real estate or solar will be an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with door-to-door marketing and regular field travel.
Basic smartphone knowledge required.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Important
This is a field-based job. The candidate must be comfortable travelling daily within the assigned area of Kanpur and interacting directly with customers.
