Basic knowledge of Hindi and Bengali (reading/writing/speaking)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Physically fit and willing to travel extensively for fieldwork

Basic smartphone handling and document scanning skills preferred

Previous field experience will be an added advantage

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 In-hand + ₹1,500 Attendance Allowance
