Job Title: Field Executive – Payment Follow-up / Collections

Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Executive – Payment Follow-up to visit customers across Bengaluru to follow up on pending payments, collect dues, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts. This is a field-intensive role requiring daily travel across assigned areas of the city.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers/clients at their given addresses across Bengaluru to follow up on overdue payments
Collect payments (cheque/digital) as per company policy and issue proper receipts
Maintain a daily visit plan/route covering assigned zones and customer list
Update payment status, customer feedback, and visit reports in the system/app daily
Negotiate and remind customers about due dates, EMIs, or outstanding bills professionally
Escalate difficult or disputed cases to the reporting manager
Maintain proper documentation of collected payments and hand them over as per process
Build good rapport with customers to reduce future payment delays
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate (B. Com)
Prior experience in field collections, sales, or delivery preferred (fresher’s can also apply)
Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English
Comfortable with extensive daily travel across Bengaluru
Own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Basic knowledge of smartphone apps for reporting/updates
Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented attitude
Skills
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
Local area knowledge of Bengaluru preferred
Ability to handle rejection and difficult conversations calmly

Compensation
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
Travel/fuel allowance (as applicable)
Working Conditions
Full-time field role, 6 days a week
Extensive travel across Bengaluru city required
Must carry valid ID/authorization letter for customer visits
