We are looking for a Field Executive who will be responsible for collecting documents, verifying customer details, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring smooth loan processing. The ideal candidate should be energetic, trustworthy, and willing to travel locally for client visits and verifications.
Visit customers and dealers for document collection and verification.
Explain loan products and assist customers in completing loan applications.
Coordinate with the sales and back-office team for loan file processing.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and daily field activities.
Ensure timely submission of files to banks/NBFCs and follow up on loan approvals.
Conduct basic field verification (residence, employment, or vehicle checks).
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and channel partners.
Report daily visits and leads to the sales manager.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in loans/finance/sales (freshers can also apply).
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of loans, finance, or DSA operations is a plus.
Should be comfortable with local travel within assigned areas.
Fixed salary + Attractive incentives based on performance.
