Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Visit customers at their given address for site visit and measurement
Explain company products and services clearly to customers
Show samples/catalogue and guide customers in product selection
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
Prepare and explain quotation as per measurement
Follow up with customers and confirm orders
Coordinate with office team for order processing
Collect advance/payment as per company policy
Maintain daily visit and follow-up reports

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Local language)
Basic product understanding (training will be provided)
Convincing and customer-friendly nature
Willingness to travel locally for customer visits
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, phone calls, and photos
