Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for Field Executives who will be responsible for onboarding and registering e-rickshaw drivers on the Rapido platform. This is a field-based role involving direct interaction with drivers.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit e-rickshaw drivers in assigned areas

  • Explain Rapido’s benefits and onboarding process

  • Assist drivers in completing registration on the Rapido app

  • Collect and verify required documents

  • Ensure successful activation of driver accounts

  • Maintain daily onboarding and activity reports

  • Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets
