JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Summary:

Field Mobilisers will be the bridge between the project and the community. They will support outreach, mobilization for community awareness, mobilization and help coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth ground-level implementation. This role is key to building trust with the community and ensuring engagement, especially among adolescents, families, and peer leaders. The mobilizer will work closely with the coordinator to support the project. We will hire 4 mobilizers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust with the community to encourage participation and ownership of project activities.

• Coordinate with the Sarpanch and community stakeholders to identify 13 locations (target: 38) for street artwork.

• Conduct door-to-door mobilization for Nukkad Natak and Participatory Fun & Learning (PFF) sessions with both male and female participants so that there is an interest and trust in the sessions.

• Ensure the participation of 2100 beneficiaries (both male and female) for the PFF session.

• Ensure 80% participation for each session with both male and female participants.

• Support the co-ordinator in community mapping, data collection, and follow-up activities with participants.

• Identify and engage community SPOCs (male) to address taboos around menstrual hygiene.

• Identify 4 (target is 12) community location for Nukkad Natak performances and networking & mobilisation with the help of Anganwadi workers, and the local PHC.

• Identify participants for social media /audio/video /testimonial and Pictures also organized the consent forms from these participants.

• Manage logistical arrangements for PFF sessions in schools and support in pre-and post during the session along with government teachers.

• Ensure effective communication and coordination between the communities implementing team.

• Maintain accurate field records and field-level documentation

• Ensure timely implementation of planned activities.

• It is a Part Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
