We are hiring a Field Executive to manage and optimize our field team of technicians.

Responsibilities:

- Manage technicians / field staff and ensure maximum productivity

- Plan daily schedules, routes, and assignments

- Monitor attendance, performance, and quality

- Handle escalations and resolve technician issues

- Track fleet utilization and improve efficiency

- Maintain daily reports and share updates with management

- Drive process improvements and cost optimization

Requirements:

- 1–3 years experience in field operations / logistics / service roles

- Experience in handling field teams (delivery partners / technicians)

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable with field work and travel within Bangalore

- Must have a bike

Preferred:

Candidates from logistics, delivery, or RO service companies.
