About the Role
We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) for the Innoviti Process in Delhi. The role requires candidates with a Fintech background who can drive merchant acquisition, relationship building, and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Visit merchants in the assigned territory
Pitch Innoviti Link Payment Collection App to merchants.
Ensure successful merchant onboarding and activation.
Provide basic training on app usage for collections.
Achieve daily/weekly merchant acquisition targets.
Share market feedback, competition insights, and merchant concerns with the team.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business/Commerce/Finance).
Strong local market knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Bike and Android Phone are mandatory (for travel & merchant onboarding).
