Field Executive

We are looking for Merchant Onboarding Executive – Tide Business Accounts (QR Code Payments)

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Merchant Onboarding Executives. You will be responsible for identifying and signing up small and medium-sized businesses to open Tide Business Accounts and enable QR code payment acceptance.

You will work closely with merchants to explain the benefits of Tide’s digital banking services and ensure they are fully onboarded and trained to use QR codes for seamless payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Approach potential merchants (retail shops, restaurants, service providers, etc.) and explain Tide Business Account benefits.

Assist merchants with the onboarding process and KYC verification.

Set up QR codes for payment acceptance.

Educate merchants on how to use Tide’s app and payment features.

Achieve monthly onboarding targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.

Basic knowledge of digital payments and business accounts.

Ability to build good relationships with merchants.

Self-motivated and target-driven.
