Job Title: Field Executive – Loan Collection

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Field Executive to join our Loan Collection team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recovering dues from customers, handling field visits, and maintaining good customer relationships to ensure timely repayments.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers for recovery of overdue loans as per assigned territory.

Follow up with customers through regular field visits, calls, and reminders.

Educate customers about repayment schedules and payment modes.

Ensure daily collection targets are met as per company policies.

Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and payments.

Provide updates and reports to the collection manager.

Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team/department.

Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory guidelines during field operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in field collections, preferably in personal loans, business loans, or similar products.

Familiarity with Gurgaon and surrounding areas for route planning.

Ability to handle difficult situations and communicate effectively.

Basic understanding of financial products and loan documentation.

Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.

Good physical health and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience.

Prior experience in NBFCs, MFIs, or banking sector collections.
