🔍 Role: Field Officer

As a Field Officer, you will be the on-ground representative of WRENCHO, responsible for coordinating vehicle services and fuel deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining real-time communication between teams. You will play a crucial link between our operations and clients by executing field tasks efficiently and professionally.

Visit customer locations to coordinate vehicle servicing or fuel delivery

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with high service quality

Act as the main point of contact for on-ground operations

Report daily field activity, issues, and feedback to the internal team

Ensure compliance with safety, service, and operational standards

💰 Salary & Benefits:

For Freshers:

Fixed Salary: ₹12,500/month

Travel Allowance (TA): ₹3,500/month

Incentives: Based on performance

Performance Bonus: ₹10,000 for completing targets during probation

For Experienced Candidates:

Fixed Salary: ₹14,000/month

Travel Allowance (TA): ₹3,500/month

Incentives: Based on performance

Performance Bonus: ₹10,000 for high performers
