We are seeking a reliable, customer-oriented Field Executive to handle the pickup and delivery of Apple devices across Bangalore. You will represent iFix India directly to our customers, ensuring each device is handled with care, professionalism, and punctuality.
Manage pickup and drop of Apple devices between customer locations and service centers
Ensure timely and safe delivery of all devices
Communicate clearly and courteously with customers during pickups/deliveries
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Coordinate effectively with store managers and the logistics team for efficient routing
Good knowledge of Bangalore routes and traffic conditions
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and responsibly
6 days working
Rotational week off
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skill)
Performance Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹10,000 per month
