1. Job Title – Field Executive

2. Reports to – Area Sales Manager

3. Preferred Skills –

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command over local language(s) and English (verbal).

• Ability to explain Product information in simple, patient-friendly language.

• Proficiency in computer operations and CRM systems.

• High level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability.

4. Qualification & Experience –

• Any 12th Pass or graduate; preferably a Science stream (Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy,

Nutrition, Psychology, or related fields).

• Additional certification in counselling, healthcare support, or patient education will be an

added advantage.

• 6–12 months of experience in field work related to patient care.

• Experience working with hospitals, clinics, homecare Services.

5. Key Responsibilities

• Take accurate product size measurements and provide product demonstrations to

patients/customers to ensure proper fit and usage.

• Promote therapeutic and wellness products including ladies’ stockings, tights, and

compression socks.

• Educate patients/customers on product usage, benefits, sizing, and maintenance.

• Coordinate with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers for product awareness

activities.

• Support patient counselling and healthy lifestyle initiatives.

• Conduct product demonstrations and awareness sessions at healthcare facilities and wellness

camps.

• Maintain daily activity reports, customer feedback, and inventory coordination.

• Achieve assigned sales and engagement targets.

• Ensure proper branding and display of products during promotional activities.

• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
