: Site Supervisor (Kalewadi)

Role Summary:

Oversee daily construction activities at our Kalewadi site, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision: Direct daily labor, contractors, and specialized vendors (plumbing, electrical).

Prog

ess Tracking: Maintai

Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and ensure timelines are met.

Material Management: Receive, inspect, and track site materials to prevent wastage.

Quality &

Safety: Ensure all work follows structural drawings and safety protocols.

Problem Solving: Resolve on-site technical issues and labo

disputes quickly.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in residential construction supervision.

Skills: Ability to read blueprints/drawings; fluent in Marathi and Hindi.

Loca

ion: Must be able to commute easily to Kalewadi.
