Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction:

    Visiting client locations, building relationships, and providing support or product demonstrations. 

  • Sales & Business Development:

    Identifying new leads, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. 

  • Data Collection & Reporting:

    Gathering information, conducting surveys, and preparing reports based on field observations. 

  • Logistics & Coordination:

    Delivering items, coordinating with dispatch and other teams, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. 

  • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:

    Addressing client concerns, resolving delivery issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate channels.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients, colleagues, and management. 

  • Interpersonal Skills:

    The ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and manage relationships with diverse individuals.

    Field executives need to be resourceful and able to resolve issues independently or with the support of their team. 

  • Organization & Time Management:

    Effectively managing their schedule, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of responsibilities. 

  • Adaptability & Flexibility:

    Being able to adjust to changing situations, work in different environments, and handle unexpected challenges.
