Field Executive

• Sales Generation:

  Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets. 

• Relationship Management:

  Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers, including distributors, retailers, and contractors. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Possessing in-depth knowledge of paint and coating products and effectively communicating their features and benefits to customers. 

• Sales Target Achievement:

• Market Analysis:

  Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies. 

• Customer Service:

  Providing excellent after-sales support, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring timely product delivery. 

• Reporting:

  Generating regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, customer feedback, and market insights. 

• Collaboration:

  Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 

• Business Development:

  Identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and increasing market share. 

• Sales Strategy:

  Developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to specific customer segments and market needs. 

Skills Required:

• Sales Skills: Proven sales experience, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
