Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients through field visits, networking, and lead
generation activities.
• Conduct in-person client meetings to understand business needs and present tailored
solutions.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's product/service offerings and
effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and
referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue
objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline
using CRM tools or reporting formats.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal teams for service improvement and
strategic planning.
• Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in B2B field sales or client-facing roles.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Kannada.
