Field Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops, boutiques, and potential clients to generate sales for our fashion products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners and fashion buyers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market reach.

• Promote new collections and explain product benefits to clients.

• Collect market feedback on trends, prices, and competitor activities.

• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the manager.

• Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing and deliveries.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in field sales (preferably in apparel, footwear, or fashion).

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Own two-wheeler (mandatory for field visits).

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp reporting.
