Experience : 0-1 year in Collections, Home Loan, Microfinance, or LAP Sales (BFSI domain)

Asset : Owns a two‑wheeler + valid driving license

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Home Loan & Micro LAP Sales / Relationship Manager : Generate leads, assess eligibility, support documentation and disbursal, manage repayment follow-up.

Collections / Receivables : Field visits to clients, recovery collection, follow-ups, accurate portfolio updates, periodic MIS reporting.

⚠️ Immediate Disqualification Criteria

CIBIL score below 700

Missing or fraudulent documents

No two‑wheeler or valid driving license
