Recruit, train, and mentor a strong team of financial advisors.

Support advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.

Ensure advisors deliver the right financial solutions through proper need analysis.

Drive your team to achieve monthly business & recruitment targets.

Be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries and ensuring compliance.

Conduct due diligence to prevent fraudulent transactions.

Be open to working across multiple locations.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Graduate (any stream) with minimum 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles.

Freshers are not eligible.

Prior Life Insurance experience is a plus (but not mandatory).

Age Limit: Up to 30 years only.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for sales, targets, and team building.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

CTC: ₹3.2 LPA – ₹4.6 LPA (Based on experience & performance).

+ ₹2,500 per month Travel Allowance.
