We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team at Elect Insight. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct primary field surveys, voter outreach, and data collection in assigned areas.
Execute field verification and gather information using designated digital tools/mobile apps.
Perform follow-up visits/calls for pending or incomplete entries.
Maintain clear daily activity logs and report progress to field supervisors.
Ensure accurate, non-duplicate data collection within designated boundaries.
Escalate field-level discrepancies or issues promptly to the team lead
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, Strong interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and comfort working in outdoor environments.. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential. Smartphone mandatory.
Languages: Fluent in Telugu (Mandatory); basic English is a plus.
