Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and source warehouse staff like loaders, packers, pickers, DEO's, MHE Operators, Supervisors and Housekeeping.

• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Manage employee onboarding essentials: Uniform, Safety Shoes, ID Cards and documentation.

• Act as key link between client sites and company head office for smooth coordination.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
