Job Opening: Field Executive – Real Estate (Commercial, Industrial & Residential)

We specialize in the sale, purchase, and leasing of commercial, industrial, and residential properties, including corporate offices, warehouses, industrial buildings, villas, bungalows, farmhouses, and other premium real estate assets.

Position: Field Executive
Location: Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys to identify commercial, industrial, and residential properties available for sale or lease.

• Collect accurate property information, including owner details, location, area, pricing, and specifications.

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties and prepare basic property reports.

• Submit all collected property data, photographs, and videos to the office sales team on a daily basis.

• Coordinate and arrange site visits for prospective clients as directed by the sales team.

• Accompany clients during property inspections and provide basic information about the property.

• Maintain regular contact with property owners, brokers, and local market sources to generate new property listings.

• Ensure that all property information is accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate (preferred).

• Experience in real estate field operations will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with Delhi NCR locations and industrial/commercial markets.

• Ability to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.

• Must own a smartphone with a good camera for capturing property photos and videos.

• Honest, energetic, and self-motivated with a willingness to work in the field.
