Role & Responsibilities:

Source and generate business for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products
Identify potential customers and understand their financial requirements
Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and processes to clients
Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing
Ensure timely login, documentation, and disbursement of loan files
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners
Achieve assigned monthly targets and business goals
