Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Officer – Gold Loan . The role involves sourcing gold loan business through field activities, handling customer interactions, and achieving assigned targets in the Secunderabad/Hyderabad region.

Key Responsibilities

• Source Gold Loan business through field sales and branch catchment activities

• Generate leads via walk-ins, referrals, local market visits, and tie-ups

• Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment options to customers

• Assess gold quality and weight as per company guidelines

• Ensure proper KYC and documentation collection

• Coordinate with branch/operations team for loan processing and disbursement

• Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and local influencers

• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis

Eligibility Criteria

• Good understanding of gold appraisal basics and documentation

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Willingness to work in field sales

• Local market knowledge of Secunderabad / Hyderabad preferredPreferred Skills

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Trustworthy and detail-oriented

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
