Field Executive

We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team D-TECH VALUATION SERVICES OPC PVT LTD. The role requires candidates who are skilled in site visit, market survey, land rate, flat rate etc confirm from local inquiry and real estate agent, Daily route work done and update the MIS . The position offers an in-hand salary of 15000-20000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property site visits for residential, commercial, and land assets

• Carry out market surveys to determine prevailing land and flat rates

• Confirm property rates through local inquiries and discussions with real estate agents/brokers

• Collect and verify property-related details, locality factors, and accessibility

• Maintain daily route planning, field work records, and site visit updates

• Prepare and update MIS reports on a daily basis

• Coordinate with the valuation and office team for timely submission of reports

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and professionalism during field activities

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/B.Tech (Civil) and 1-3 Years. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
