Field Executive

We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team at Concord Logistics & Services. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹13,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect blood samples from patients, hospitals, clinics, and designated collection points.

2. Deliver collected samples safely and on time to the assigned laboratory.

3. Follow the assigned route and daily schedule provided by the supervisor.

4. Ensure proper handling, transportation, and storage of samples as per company SOP.

5. Always carry and use the company-provided sample collection bag.

6. Maintain sample quality, hygiene, and safety during transportation.

7. Coordinate with laboratories, supervisors, and team members for daily operations.

8. Maintain daily collection and delivery records.

9. Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.

10. Report any delays, issues, or sample-related concerns to the supervisor immediately

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
