Field Executive

We are looking for a Field Executive to carry out on-ground activities including customer visits, data collection, verification, lead generation, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned locations/clients as per daily schedule

• Collect and verify customer or candidate information

• Conduct surveys, field verification, or mobilization activities

• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers

• Maintain accurate records and submit daily reports

• Coordinate with office/team for task updates

• Achieve assigned targets within timelines

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work on the field

• Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge

• Two-wheeler preferred (if applicable)

• Local area knowledge is an advantage
